What you can do

• Use samples in your DJ mixes and live sets
• Use samples in your original music productions
• Stream mixes containing HouseHub samples on Mixcloud, SoundCloud, and Twitch
• Use samples in YouTube videos and content
• Use samples in commercial productions and releases

What you cannot do

• Resell or redistribute the samples as standalone audio files
• Repackage the samples into your own sample pack or library
• Share your account or downloaded files with others
• Claim ownership of the original samples

Royalty-free

All HouseHub samples are royalty-free. Once downloaded, you do not owe any additional fees or royalties for using them in your music or mixes. Your subscription covers full licensing rights for personal and commercial use.

Subscription requirement

A valid HouseHub subscription is required to download premium samples. Free samples are available to all users without a subscription. If your subscription lapses, you retain the right to use any samples you have already downloaded.
