1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HouseHub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HouseHub is a subscription-based platform that provides house music samples, loops, and audio files for use in DJ sets, mixes, and music productions. Users may browse free samples without an account, and access the full premium library with a paid subscription.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

HouseHub offers a monthly subscription plan at $10.00/month. Subscriptions are billed automatically each month. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

4. License to Use Samples

All samples provided through HouseHub are royalty-free and licensed for use in your DJ mixes, live sets, streams, and original music productions. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the samples themselves as standalone audio files or sample packs.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others. HouseHub reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All audio content, branding, and website design are the property of HouseHub. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

HouseHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service and reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

HouseHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.
