Royalty-free house samples for DJs and producers
Every House Hub sample is cleared for DJ sets, livestreams, podcasts, original productions, and commercial releases. No royalties, no extra fees, no attribution. Use them on Spotify, Beatport, YouTube, Twitch, SoundCloud, Mixcloud — anywhere.
Why House Hub
Built for working DJs and house producers
Cleared for commercial release
Use samples in songs you release on Spotify, Apple Music, Beatport, Bandcamp, or any other store. Keep 100% of your royalties.
Cleared for streaming
Twitch, YouTube, Mixcloud, and SoundCloud sets containing House Hub samples will not be flagged for licensing — your subscription covers full streaming rights.
No attribution required
You do not need to credit House Hub anywhere. The samples are yours to use however you want, as long as you do not resell or redistribute the raw audio files.
Yours forever
Anything you have downloaded stays yours even after you cancel. Your subscription unlocks new downloads — it does not lock the ones you already have.

FAQ
Common questions
What does "royalty-free" actually mean?
Royalty-free means you pay once (your subscription) and owe no further royalties or per-use fees no matter how many times the sample is played, streamed, or sold. You get a perpetual license for the samples you download.
Can I release a song with these samples on Spotify?
Yes. House Hub samples are cleared for commercial release on Spotify, Apple Music, Beatport, Bandcamp, and every other distribution platform. You keep 100% of your streaming and sales royalties.
Will my Twitch or YouTube DJ stream get flagged?
House Hub samples themselves will not trigger copyright claims because they are royalty-free. (Other tracks you mix in alongside them may have their own licensing rules — that part is on the original track owners, not on us.)
Are there any restrictions?
Two: you may not resell or redistribute the raw audio files as a sample pack of your own, and you may not share your account or downloads. Beyond that, the samples are yours to use freely.
What if I cancel — do I lose my downloads?
No. Anything you have already downloaded is yours forever, royalty-free. Cancellation only stops new premium downloads.
